Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Luckey Charms, LLC dba Luckey Charms Gifts N More purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exhange policies below for purchases made on LuckeyCharms.net, purchases of Luckey Charms, LLC items on third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook), including purchases made in the Luckey Charms gifts N More Shop.

Furthermore, Luckey Charms, LLC gladly accepts exchanges for items that arrive faulty or damaged, items can be replaced under this circumstance. However, you will need to provide video or photo evidence submitted to prove damage. Items must be returned in its original condition as received and not be altered. Buyers are responsile for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Luckey Charms, LLC's discretion. To verify your identity, a copy of driver's license or government ID is required.
